OFFICE HOURS: MONDAY – FRIDAY 8 AM – 5 PM
The Cave Springs District Court is responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records of all court proceedings. This includes the processing and adjudication of misdemeanor traffic, drug and criminal cases as well as City Ordinance violations. All administrative functions within the court are performed as prescribed by state law, municipal code and standard operating procedure.

Court is held on the 1st Thursday of the month at the American Legion Building located at 168 W. Glenwood Ave Cave Springs AR 72718. Tickets must be paid before your scheduled arraignment date to avoid appearing in Court. Specific violations may require mandatory court appearance.

Fines can be paid at the clerk’s office which is located inside City Hall at 134 North Main Street, Cave Springs, AR 72718; there is also a drop box located in the front of City Hall. If mailing fine payments, please use P.O. Box 36, Cave Springs, AR 72718.
Forms of payment accepted are cash, checks, and money orders. Debit or credit card payments can be made here:www.myfinepayment.com; however, these payments are collected through a third party agency and additional fees apply.
No children, food/drink, firearms/weapons, profanity or disorderly conduct allowed. All persons and property will be subject to search before entering the courtroom.
